Silicone rubber can be used to make rubber moulds for casting projects for making wax, soap and sweets, cement or plaster and a variety of special effect applications. Mixed in a 1:1 ratio, it has a low viscosity and when coagulated has excellent tear strength, tensile strength, elongation, and high heat deflection.
